THE SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIBED HEREIN IS INTENDED FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (“D.C.”) ONLY, EXCLUDING MASSACHUSETTS, MICHIGAN, AND VIRGINIA. YOU MAY NOT ENTER UNLESS YOU ARE TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND A LEGAL RESIDENT OF Operation AND LOCATED IN ONE OF THE ELIGIBLE STATES OR D.C. THIS PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. SPONSOR & PROMOTION NAME
This Promotion, titled "Code Name: Chocolate Chip" (the “Promotion”), is sponsored by Colonel Stogie, in partnership with Cigar World (the “Sponsor”)
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. (excluding Massachusetts, Michigan, and Virginia) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry, have a valid Instagram account, and were cigar smokers before learning of the Promotion. Employees, officers, and directors of Colonel Stogie, Cigar World, and affiliated agencies or vendors, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household, are not eligible. Void outside the eligible states and where prohibited by law.
3. AGREEMENT TO RULES
Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.
4. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins on July 22, 2025 at 10:30 AM PST and ends on August 19, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST. Entries received before or after this period will be void.
5. HOW TO ENTER
To enter:
- Follow both @colonelstogie and @cigarworld on Instagram
- Like an official giveaway post on the @colonelstogie Instagram feed
- Submit your name and email address via the entry form HERE.
Limit: One (1) entry per person/Instagram account for the entire Promotion period. Multiple entries or use of automated means to submit entries will result in disqualification.
6. PRIZE
One (1) Winner will receive:
- One (1) exclusive Chocolate Chip Camo Stogie Mag humidor (limited edition)
- A Colonel Stogie cigar cutter and stickers
- Featured shoutout from Colonel Stogie and Cigar World
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100
No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received, on or about August 21, 2025. The potential winner will be contacted via Instagram DM and/or the email address submitted. Winner must respond within 3 business days to confirm eligibility, age, and provide a valid mailing address. Failure to respond or provide proof may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
8. PUBLICITY & RIGHTS
By entering, participants grant Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use their name, likeness, city/state, and any statements or photos related to the Promotion for promotional purposes, in any media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Cigar World, Instagram, and their affiliates and representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation or receipt of any prize.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, misdirected entries, or any other errors that may occur. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity or fairness of the Promotion.

12. WINNER’S LIST
To request the name of the winner, send a message to @colonelstogie on Instagram or email marketing@colonelstogie.com. Winner will be posted on Colonel Stogie’s Instagram feed after verification and will remain live for at least 60 days.
